Red Dog Ridge
With gorgeous mountain views, Red Dog Ridge is located just 30 minutes from Wolf Creek Mountain and 15 minutes from Downtown. We've got plenty of room with three bedrooms, an office, three full baths, and two family rooms. We have beds for six, three air matresses, a sleeper sofa, and a comfy couch. Red Dog Ridge offers the perfect mountain getaway!
Winter Guests: Start your day sipping coffee by the fireplace. Head to Wolf Creek for a day of glorious powder skiing or enjoy other wonderful winter sports -- snow mobiling, snow shoeing, cross-country skiing, ice skating and more. After your full day, enjoy apres ski in town or in one of the 23 natural hot springs just 15 minutes from the house. After a fantastic dinner, relax by the fire, watch a movie, and then get a great night's sleep in one of the comfy beds with premium linens and down bedding.
Spring, Summer and Fall Guests: Ease into your day sipping coffee and relaxing in one of the many rocking chairs on the back deck while watching the hummingbirds feed from the many feeders. In the height of the summer, each day brings 50+ hummingbirds that have been known to sit on your finger while they feast on our homemade sugar water! Spend the day road/mountain biking, rafting, hiking, golfing or fly fishing in the world-class San Juan river. Or, stroll around historic downtown and visit the many quaint shops. At the end of the day, sip your favorite beverage on the deck while grilling your dinner before turning in for a great night of sleep.
